Why there is a range of number of photos included in each package instead of a fixed number:

I believe in a Quality over Quantity formula that guarantees you real results. 

I want to give you "all killers no fillers".  

 I'd like to give you a minimum of different pictures that you'll really love:

You can pick your favorite 5-15-40 Photos from an unedited preview gallery,

and I will take care of postprocessing each of those photos in great detail, 

sending them back to you edited with Pro editing included

which means applying tone, lights and color adjustments,

and also removing background distractions, applying skin retouching and lights enchantment.

 

​​I do not believe in advertising a fixed high number photos for any session, 

just applying standard presets to a gallery made of many pictures similar to each other.

I prefer to focus on the portrait you like most.

At the same time, I don't want you to lose all the possible variations of expressions, glances,

and moments of fun and love that we created and captured. 

For this reason, along with those main 5/15/40 photos you selected,

I can send you also their variations, if you'd like!

Unless otherwise requested, these variations of a main photo come with basic editing, 

which includes applying tone, lights and colors adjustments only.

This allows me to send you more photos than the minimum indicated, without having to raise my rates, 

since an aspect to consider is the time that a photographer dedicates to reviewing and processing each picture

It would be hardly sustainable to give both maximum quality and maximum quantity

keeping affordable price ranges, and since I would not like to sacrifice quality over quantity,

I noticed that this is a good way to obtain a great balance.

 

The number of variations of a main selected photo can vary, for the simple fact that every session is different,

as every family, couple, or person is unique. 

​Some feel more comfortable moving, playing, cuddling, dancing, and posing.

Others are more shy and reserved and/or need more time to get comfortable in front of the camera

(and that's okay, no worries!).  

Some feel like staying longer and getting more shots,

while others prefer to condense the session in a shorter time and get just the essential pics! 

 

All these aspects translate into different amounts of pictures available to be captured. 

​In all scenarios, I'll strive to get more shots, more angles, and more details as possible.

Moreover, I find very subjective defining what is indeed " a gallery of different pictures": 

The line between "different photos" and "variations of one photo" is so subjective

and depends on the nature of each session, that the final number can vary easily. 

I do not feel like overpromising, or setting expectations of an unrealistic amount of "actual different pictures". 

​Many photographers consider "different pictures" even images very similar to each other,

with just slightly different poses and angles or cropping,

so a gallery can end up being made of pictures that you consider less in amount than expected.

 

My goal is that you will be satisfied with the photos and their value. Setting expectations is important to me.

So I let my clients pic their favorite photos, and from there I can see how many other pictures I can include within the chosen rate without sacrificing quality over quantity.

The best way to go is to understand that, since each session is unique,

giving you a standard, fixed number of photos as an outcome would not give you any more value.
